Terms of Service

The service

Nomu analyses your connected Shopify store, surfaces growth opportunities, and — only with your explicit approval — applies changes to your store through Shopify's APIs. Nomu is provided by Wavai. During the beta period, features may change and availability is not guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you're authorised to connect the store you connect, and you remain responsible for changes you approve. Nomu shows you every change before it's applied and keeps changes reversible for 30 days — reviewing before approving is your part of that contract.

Estimates are estimates

Opportunity values are computed estimates based on your store's historical data and clearly stated assumptions (always inspectable via “Show the math”). They are decision-support, not guarantees of revenue.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system in USD. Trials are free for 14 days and require no card; you can cancel any plan from the app at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

Termination & data

Uninstalling Nomu from Shopify ends the service for that store. Store data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify's redaction requirements.

Liability

Nomu is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
